This is not biometric attendance; we do not claim biometric scanning, fingerprint, or facial recognition. It is a structured daily record that a supervisor enters and that feeds directly into payroll.
Each task has a piece-rate — a rate per kilo, crate, or row. When a worker's output is logged against that task, the wage calculates automatically: quantity multiplied by the rate on file. There is no manual re-entry between the field record and the payroll figure.
Advances taken during the season, cooperative dues, welfare contributions, and statutory deductions (NSSF, SHIF, AHL, PAYE at 2025 rates) are each shown as a separate line against the gross wage. A worker can see exactly what was earned and exactly what was taken out, and why.
